Our flagship cider. Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, primarily Cox’s Orange Pippin, Dabinett, and Chisel Jersey. Aged 12 months, 50% in French oak. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry. Aromas of strawberry, citrus peel, and light oak. Pallet is melon-forward with crushed-stone minerality, tart with soft tannins.

Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, including Cox’s Orange Pippin, Medaille d’Or, and wild crab apples. Small-batch production aged 12 months in Chardonnay barrels. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry. Vanilla, berry, and light oak aromas. Flavors of peach, melon, and citrus. Tart and refreshing, with soft tannins.

A coffee cider collaboration with Dark Matter Coffee. Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, including Cox’s Orange Pippin, Brown Snout, and Chisel Jersey. Aged 12 months in French oak. Fermented to dry. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Finished with cold brew made from Machete, a Dark Matter barrel-aged coffee blend. Aromas of coffee, plum, and light oak. Balanced flavors of coffee and melon with light citrus notes and a soft tannin finish.
